Boxing Conditioning (60 mins)

Combining strength work and cardio elements to strike a total body balance our boxing conditioning training will develop your endurance, strength, balance, and coordination. A fun and high intensity workout that will challenge your resilience and leave you feeling exhilarated.

Reformer Pilates (60 mins)

Reformer Pilates develops a strong core by supporting and strengthening the muscles of the torso, hips, shoulders, and pelvis. It gives the body a full-body workout which in turn improves power, strength, flexibility, and movement efficiency. Our fully certified Stott Pilates and BASI Pilates Pro-Bridge Instructor with 15 years of experience provides world-class reformer Pilates tutoring tailored to your needs. Her teaching style is fun, compassionate and results oriented.

Fascial Stretch Therapy (FST) (30 mins, 60 mins)

Fascial Stretch Therapy, is a pain-free, unique, complete, and complementary system of table based assisted stretching, focusing on the fascia and joint capsule as the key element in achieving optimal flexibility, strength, performance and pain relief. FST is one of the quickest most effective, and most pleasant methods to eliminate pain, restore function, move and feel better in activities of life, fitness and sports.


Sports Massage (30 mins, 60 mins, 90 mins)

A full body massage with lighter pressure and a faster tempo. Great during an intense period of training to get you back to your best for another tough session.

Deep Tissue Massage (30 mins, 60 mins, 90 mins)

A full body massage with deep pressure applied. Great when the whole body is stiff and sore. Deep tissue massage is a technique that’s mainly used to treat musculoskeletal issues. It involves applying sustained pressure using slow, deep strokes to target the inner layers of your muscles and connective tissues. This helps to break up scar tissue that forms following an injury and reduce tension in muscle and tissue.

Soft Tissue Therapy (30 mins, 60 mins, 90 mins)

A more focused, precise, diagnostic hands on treatment. Using various massage techniques, myofascial releases, dry needling and joint mobilizations. Perfect for someone with a specific issue or painful area. Optimizing recovery and returning you to your favorite activities as soon as possible.


Cryotherapy (15 mins)

Red Light Therapy (15 mins)

Compression Therapy (30 mins)

Nutritional Assessment & Therapy (60 min)
